Hire on evidence, not on resumes.
A candidate's Skills Passport gives you calibrated, comparable evidence on the dimensions that actually predict role performance — without forcing every applicant to take yet another platform's test.
Build a role bundle in minutes
For each role you hire, AIEH publishes the two-to-four assessments that load most heavily on role-specific competency, with weights that reflect predictive validity. Use the published bundle as-is, or customize the weights for your hiring loop.

Every Skills Passport uses the same 300–850 calibrated scale, regardless of which test family produced the score. A candidate's 720 on AI-Augmented SQL is directly comparable to another candidate's 705, full stop. No "he scored well on HackerRank" vs. "she did the CodeSignal one" mismatch.
How the score is calibrated →Receive evidence, not links
Candidates share their Passport URL — not a third-party assessment account you have to log into. The Passport renders verified scores, decay-aware recency, and the underlying assessment provider for each pillar. You get the evidence; the candidate keeps ownership.
No vendor lock-in
AIEH integrates assessments from multiple providers (HackerRank, CodeSignal, iMocha, plus AIEH-native families). Your hiring decisions don't depend on which platform you bought a seat on; the Passport aggregates evidence across whichever assessments the candidate has taken.
