Adapter SDK, not a rebuild
Your existing assessment runs where it already runs. The AIEH adapter handles three things: receiving the test result, mapping your provider-specific scoring to the calibrated 300–850 scale, and issuing a verifiable endorsement back to the candidate's Skills Passport. The integration is OAuth + a webhook; we do not require you to rehost your test on AIEH infrastructure.
Endorsements that don't expire silently
Each endorsement carries a recency-decay curve specific to the underlying construct. Coding skill on a 2026-era language doesn't decay the same way personality stability does, and AIEH treats them differently. Recruiters see decay-adjusted scores, not stale headline numbers.
